Dr. Masica Jordan Alston is an inspirational voice and advocate for healing, restoration, and hope. Her mission is clear: to empower people and communities to turn their pain into power and thrive through a trifecta of peer recovery, environmental change, and education.
An educator, researcher, and change-maker, Dr. Masica leads from her narrative and has dedicated her life to designing and driving solutions that center healing, restoration, economic and environmental development, empowerment, and advocacy as the ethos of her work.

An innovative, inventive, entrepreneur, Dr. Masica has revolutionized the concept of healing by empowering those most in need, passionately advocating for the divestment of dollars into peer recovery, apprenticeship, and education, as well as clean energy and transportation initiatives.
